The fascinating thing is hearing you read your work as if you were reliving the event, the story unfolding reminding me of a young boys dream to spend money on a ride that is fanciful, when we are young it is all so real, and we can dream, imagine and tuck it away. You read with perfection, each line has meaning ....loved it,

Absolutely stunning dave it rwally felt like the real thing.I took my granddaughter to ride one of these in Mansfield last year .t was over a hundred years old and was kept inside. I thought of your original poem then.Here we have a company that refurbishes these wonders of old.i have taken parts to them and watched them at work on the jewels. I wonder how you wrote this and how you fimed it. But to the pouint It makes me stare listen and wonder because it is a treasure a masterpiece
