Awesome ghost story...your poetry by itself is always at a incredibly high standard, as a performance piece its just riveting. I hope someone, somewhere besides here shows some sort of appreciation, if not remuneration, for the incredible work that you do. You are one of the writers on this site that I can honestly say has both talent and is already of professional quality.
I'm at a loss for words and humbled at the sheer magnitude of your talent. Your reading of this tale serves to transport the reader deep inside it's haunting strains. Completely brilliant!!
You tell a bone-chilling tale so bedded in reality that I saw these three going about their life and felt the stmosphere cange and go grim as forbidden love and hot tempers wove their curse.... I could listen to you read the phione book and think it a treat... but give you a saga like this to tell and it is like we gather round the fire at night to listen to the Storyteller extraordinaire. A chilling slice of life piece of writing--your talent knows no boudaries.
I find this amazing. I love the story though its sad. I love the words, the rhyme, everything about it. I have a lot to say, however, its all jumbled up right now and I can't seem to let the words out. I think I will have to watch it one more time. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to reading more.
Wonderfully spoken, with all the sound effects...a great story...
I have to hold Jane responsible for most of this tragedy...women are destructive to ships, both on an off...
i had a feeling this would be the story, it is an old tale. but i have an advantage, you see, i worked in the shipyard for seven years and smelled this coming a mile away. still, the video format and your deep, resonant voice and the way you speak made it all very , very entertaining!
