The Right of the People

One more shove
In this world without love
We'll fall over the edge of insanity
And the abyss we'll see
Ever wonder what was there
I never found myself to care
But we'll all see
If no one listens to me
The rich takes from the poor
But there's no reason for
All this political unrest
As our country's put to the test
The poor can't fight
But it's what's right
The law works for money
Cause it's the cash they see
The rich can't have extra tax
So business men relax
You need that money so you can pay your butler
And the politicians remember the donations I'm sure
Us poor folk can't pay for things like healthcare
Not with these taxes, it's just not fair
We already can't even afford to go to the doctor
Why'd you decide to dump such a huge tax on us for
Us rich folk need help form our government
Well yes, we can pay for lavish cars, and expensive rent
But what about our butlers, and maids' rent
They need money too, in case you can't get a hint
Maybe us poor folk are breaking our back
And probably deserve some slack
You poor folk aren't anything but lazy
If you think we'll sympathize, you're crazy
Of course, of course, because we're too lazy to inherit our daddy's vault 
Us rich folk are tired of your verbal assault
Us poor folk are tired of your egotistical attitude
That, poor folks, was rather rude
GUYS! GUYS! GUYS!
Listen, some of the poor do break their back
And rich folks, you might want to cut them slack
I agree some are rather lazy
And to be that lazy to me seems crazy
Some rich folks did just have to outlive their father
But some got rich due to work and years served harder
Than some of the poor folk that make assumptions that the rich didn't earn their wealth
But guys, lets just put our differences aside for our country's health
I don't know if we really do need healthcare
Our country's been without it, and look how we've faired
It's shutdown when such ideas have been talked about
And honestly, it is a bit of a socialist route
But as important as that is, there's something of greater importance
No, I'm not talking about unifying under a political stance
I'm talking about Syria, and their acts of injustice against their people
Such things have been made illegal
I mostly don't care about rules, but these people have died
Because their government's corrupt inside
I don't think the world can reach complete peace
But standing by and doing nothing's a disgrace to those decease
So please, rich, poor, in the middle folk
It's time for you to have awoke
Because our government has started to do the same
And we'll be who's to blame
Because our government's by the people, for the people of the United States
And no matter how hard, how good, or technical anyone debates
Freedom's what's right
So please, fight the good fight
Not a fight against our government as they corrupt
Not to fight against Syria's government because they disrupt
But fight against what's wrong, and what we won't take
Because we can't have governments made up of politicians so fake
We can't take taxation
Not without representation
We can't let the wrongs of the world tread on everyone
And if this somehow woke you up, get ready because the war's just begun

Hello, my fellow Americans. If you still aren't convinced our government's corrupt, I can prove it to you. Remember JFK? Yeah, the president who was assassinated after giving a speech. Was it conspiracy, or was he just paranoid? That's not the point of my speech, the point is, JFK mysteriously was assassinated. Of course, there are still some who don't agree with me right now, but there are minds I can change. Do you know of the NSA? I hope you do because they know about you, they phone taped, and I bet still are. Now, I understand, our country needs to be safe, and maybe if some people weren't doing wrong they wouldn't worry, but that's a bit creepy, unsettling, and dishonest. I of course don't like the NSA, but some do, and some do disagree with my whole poem I just wrote. Let me continue though. Here, watch these.









So, are there some who are starting to rethink? I hope there are, because those are the ones awake. I'm sorry, but America cares about America like it always has, but now the people aren't apart of America, it's the government that's America. Our government is a machine we built, and one we must destroy. You see every man has skeletons in his closets, and demons of his own. This government was a proud accomplishment, but it slowly corrupted, now it's corruption is a skeleton people put in closets, and a demon no one wants to take care of. Why? We have a problem America, and it's not going away until we make it go away. Ever hear of cause and effect? My political cause is to motivate others, it's effect is a new, and better America. One that will again be for the people, and by the people. Thank you for reading.

(Side note, I know my civil rights. I have the right to speak freely. I don't know what else to get from "Freedom of Speech". I also know the people have a right to abolish this government, and restart. "whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.")
