No Man's Land

No Man's Land

A Poem by David the writer

I hear it all
A breaking wall
War has begun
Oh joy, and fun

The government
Killers they've sent
Called them soldiers
But they're just killers

A bloody war to wipe us out
If only the mass cared about
Freedom and independence
But they like dependence

Freedom's a luxury not fought for
So the government's at war
Masses want life
But without hassle, strife

Listen like me
Don't bend your knee
Live life free
So we won't see

Witch hunting
Blood lusting
Demon killing
Kingdoms

I hear it all
The brave's fall
Governments call
Time to break the wall

A bloody war to wipe us out
If only the mass cared about
Freedom and independence
But they like dependence

Freedom's a luxury not fought for
So they government's at war
Masses want life
But without hassle strife

Years later
Leaders are traitors
So here we stand
In no man's land

Wiped out
War fight about
Civil rights
Just petty fights

No one here
No one to fear
Here in
No man's land
