The Nightmare

The Nightmare

A Poem by David the writer

Welcome to the nightmare
No one here has to care
The sun can never rise
And the moons always gaze

Here in the land of fear
Not a smile draw near
No one knows where to go
Just that the road does grow

You've strayed to Hallow's Eve
Where no one can give grieve
For they also never leave
Not a soul to retrieve

So welcome the nightmare
Where the living is rare
Try to see through the haze
And finish the devil's maze
