The soldier without a countryA Poem by David the writerFeel the wind blow Hear the reaper's crow Faith is a lie For honor I die!
I'm not a hero, but I'm no villain I may not live, but I won't die in vain I'm a swellsword, i'm a soldier without a country But the innocent is worth fighting for to me
Dust flying as I line up with my brotheren Killing may be a sin But standing aside is worse I bring fame, and glory, but it feels like a curse
It's a nightmare, it's a dream It's a common theme A hero doesn't feel deserving of glory And it's a cliche I can see
