Klotzka was my Russian landlord. When I was looking for a place to rent, I was looking for Klotzka more than I was looking for square footage. He adds character to a building that's lacking. I want to say he drinks Vodka and f***s hairy women. I want to tell you how he has a dog that's too skinny and friends who wear track suits. Wouldn't you like to hear about his late night Russian Roulette games? I would make the clicking sound of a gun shooting air to give you the visual and audio importance of the situation. As it is, Klotzka is deaf and sits in the lobby. He yells at Judge Judy and doesn't know the difference between me and any other guy who lives here.
