"My Snowy Day"

Short poem of a hope.

We had sights set,
Set on the way through,
And what was the aim of one,
Had became the love of two,

And it was rough,
The world and its woes,
And at times we sunk low,
But eventually we rose,

Because I loved you,
Your world and your way,
And you became to me,
My freedom and “my snowy day”.

Some stanza irregularities but I've kept this as I initially wrote for sentimental value more than anything.
