Warm Sands

Laying on night’s warm sands

As the world ever spins

Gently, wave’s sooth the soft shore

Forgiving its sins

Bright stars in night’s sky

Spread their diamond glow

So many so far  

As are your soft sighs

As forever they flow

Yes, still the tide reaches

The soft sand still lays

The warm night still caresses

With its gentle touch

And I love that you hold me

Maybe we'll take a trip through Ausie land and get you to sightsee us all over the continent to look at Kangaroos and get a pet Koala bear to take back home as a buddy for our little pooch!
Did I tell you I was offered a teaching post just outside Perth way back when, but the salary was so miniscule that I think we would have starved to death.
Kina wish now we'd done it just for the experience because I'm getting so worn out now that it's an experience just getting out of bed in the morn.
