BrainwaveA Chapter by Dave Brown✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️Wondering
if I had a massive brainwave Would
the result be unfortunately grave Or
would my cranial content simply erase Leaving
a skull with even more blank space Where
grey matter don’t pitter-patter no more Just
a vacuum with lots of nothing galore Neath
hair that no longer still grows On
top of the place where I hang my nose Or
could out the old stuff, for something brand new And
let bright butterflies aimlessly flutter all through With
new dreams dancing across meadows afar Framed
by lollipops formed into bright stars Away
from the hustle and bustle of crowds To
where yummy tapioca pudding clouds Softly
blow across a coconut cream sky Have
me thinking, I’ll give brainwaves a try © 2024 Dave Brown |
