Beyond Pearl Shores

Earth moved while I stood quietly alone

Moon shone brighter as day turned to night

Dragonflies with me watched as day was done

Tho’ darkness took my eyes from you

Starlight unveiled a waiting night sheen

Far beyond the deepest silver sea
