True romanceA Chapter by Dave Brown👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄He
picked her up in his old Chevy The
one with the full width back seat Sitting,
with her hand on his leg Made
no need to turn up the heat Up
by the old water tower With
the wide parking lot Off
near the tree line They
picked a dark, quiet spot As
she turned toward him Her
tenderness brushing his arm His
heartbeats reacted To
her touch of feminine charm But
the old Chevy’s old backseat Proved
to be unfortunately unstable
With
any chance for romance Becoming
no more than a fable
Tho’
this unfortunate chance at romance
Seemed
like another ‘nightmare on Elm Street’ It
made him realize, that for their love to shine like the gentle beats of a hummingbird’s
heart, having been formulated to sweeten the butterfly like breath, of an amorously,
budding romance, totally enmeshed in the tenderly produced, soft fragrant fumes
of the petite, honey bee’s purple passion, all while the soft feathered wings
of a love bird beat tunes of true romance neath the wonder of a shimmering moon’s
tasselled light He’d
have to repair his rear seat. © 2024 Dave BrownReviews
