Lotsa Snow

Lotsa snow had fallin when finishin our snore

But, time for our little white dog out the back door

Tho’ after wanderin away for his morn’s chore

We weren’t able to see him no more

 

Snow was fallin with great energy

Making him priddy impossible to see

Purdy durn soon snow was up to my knee

With him becomin a snow hidden absentee

 

T’was then I saw a small snow pile move cross the deck

And thought to myself, hey, what the heck

Till out of that wee pile popped a white head and neck

Which straight toward me, continued its trek

 

The whole issue had been sumkina to-do

Just for a short-legged pup, to have a quick poo-poo

He, happy to have the whole issue all through

Makin a warm bed next spot to head to
