Cold NightsA Chapter by Dave Brown♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️The
cold of nights persist And
my heart can’t warm She
stole all the good parts The
remainder is torn Just
moonlight on our pillow Where
she had once laid her face Now
that night light reveals Nothing
but an empty space Once
we drifted among clouds And
danced through stars But
my fall from her heaven Left
just open scars What
use is a body With
no heart to hold Once
filled with priceless passion Now
left with only fool’s gold © 2023 Dave BrownReviews
