Of Claret and Kisses

Of Claret and Kisses

A Poem by David O Whalen (O Haolin in Celtic)
"

the sweetness of aging

"
The taste of wine
Improves with  age…
Given the passage of time

As does the soft impress
Of your warm lips
upon mine

Presage the sweetness
Of well aged
And mellowed wine
