I really rather doubt it.A Poem by David O Whalen (O Haolin in Celtic)It's about being (or not being) missedWill you miss me
When I’m gone?… I really rather Doubt it. Will you miss What used to be Once you’ve gone A while without it? Will you miss my words My painful prose My labored rhymes I tried to pose? Or will you even Know I’ve gone And if so, will you Even care? Will you miss The laughs, the virtual hugs… the words and phrases That we used to share The kind comments full.. Of lavish praises For poems cast out In the blue nowhere I really rather doubt it! © 2012 David O Whalen (O Haolin in Celtic) |
