Wonder why

Wonder why

A Poem by David Dodsworth

Do you ever wonder why, and what’s it all about

When the question has no answer, and then you start to doubt

What’s the reason we are here, why and how and when

Are there really aliens and will they come again

Sometimes life just don’t make sense, of this you can be sure

You think about the future as the past it is no more

Did you ever think about what happens when were dead

Do ghosts exist and should we walk where angels dare to tread

They say each day is different, with no two days the same

When every body’s guilty, yet no one is to blame

The answers really simple, it’s in what you believe

And life is what you make of it so walk it with a breeze

"When every body’s guilty, yet no one is to blame" love that line.

I didn't feel the existential dilemma was exactly solved, but poem is written very well.
