The Wanker

The Wanker

A Poem by David Dodsworth

He walks through the door and into the pub

A couple of pints and a nice bit of grub

A laugh with the lads and a chat with the lasses

Weekends here so lets refill the glasses

Now he’s on a mission to get really drunk

And to beat up the guy who’s a bit of a hunk

Off into town looking so dapper

A fight with some kid that thinks he’s a rapper

Mixing his drinks till I bring them back up

He  thinks he’s a man, but he’s only a pup

Into the nightclub with drugs in his brain

Dancing around like a man gone insane

He has no respect and he couldn’t care less

He  spikes a girl’s drink she looks like a mess

Sex in the car park he didn’t even thank her

There’s a name for him and it has to be   Wanker

Ha ha, I enjoyed this poem. :L It was the upbeat rhyme along with the story that put a smile on my face. I am a huge fan of satire :) well done!
