BROKEN HEARTED

A life full of sadness since you went away

A heart that is broken in pain everyday

Desperation and loneliness now you have gone

Now only sadness for a love that was strong

A love that we had till death we do part

No doctor could mend this poor broken heart

I wake every morning thinking of you

Life passes me by and I feel so blue

I picture your face every day of my life

The girl I once loved the love of my life

Rivers of tears I’ve cried since that day

Re living the moment that you went away

You opened your heart and showed me your soul

A love everlasting and out of control

We promised each other this love was for ever

Never a day we were not together

So many emotions now we have parted

I struggle through life I am now broken hearted
