Life As We Know It
Life as we know it, Isn't gonna end.
It's gonna change a bit,
As we reach another bend.
And life as we know it, Will never be the same.
It'll keep on changing,
Like a never-ending game.
And life as we know it, is changing once again.
You might not see it,
it's every teardrop in the rain.
And life as we know it, we don't know it anymore.
It's secrets lost to us now,
As we approach the secret door.
And life as we know it, Is full of mystery.
Of marriages and loneliness,
And things you cannot see.
And life as we know it, is taking another turn.
From depression to confession,
full of passion I burn.
And life as we know it, Isn't gonna end.
It's only gonna change again,
As we approach the final bend.

I love this poem it is down to earth it"s very true, that life is ever changing. You do have a way with words. Life is always changing, sometimes for the better and sometimes not. This is a wonderful poem expressing this. It flows really well, and sounds great. Nice write hun. XX

Hm, this sounds like it could make a really great song! It flows well and... hm... acoustic guitar background...

I think the repetition of "And life as we know it" would work better in a song than a poem. If it's just spoken, it gets a bit... repetitive :P
