I Was A Child

I Was A Child

A Poem by Davi

A million years ago,
I bled streams of purple and blue.
My hair was green
I left a trail of yellow behind me.
And I breathed out orange.
I lived in a tree,
And I bathed in the stars.
I walked on the sky.
I hugged the sun.
I laughed with the moon.
I dreamed in technicolor.
I lived and loved as a child.

The poem was very, well, colorful. I didn't truly get it until I saw the title (which I honestly should have looked at in the first place). I like the poem, and it so much reminds me of a child.
