Charcoal Eye's

Charcoal Eye's

A Poem by natalie
"

The greatest story ever told

"
   Charcoal eye's, pouring grace
just a traveler, from a foreign place
just a drifter, worn and weary,
an honest man, who loved us dearly

He took the beating's, he took the pain
He fought the Devil, so GOOD would reign

                         Charcoal's eye's, pouring grace
just a drifter, from a foreign place
        Sandal straps, and Ginger skin
sent to save our world from sin!

i did like this, i liked its form. It made me think of how not so long ago i thought i could fight the devil himself alone. I was very wrong! this poem has a lot of inspirational quality. good!
