The Immortal fountain

There is a forest not far from Hinderlain, the capital of the Brawlings known to the local men only as the immortal forest. It is here that the divide between immortality and mortality lies. No mortal man is allowed to enter deep in the forest as doing so would strip them of their mortality. Instead man must follow a path set by the wood elves who guard the forest in order to trade with the inner sanctums of the forest. There are ten paths in the forest for each race of Braen. The gold path is for the Braugs based on their desire for glory and wealth, the wooden path is for the Brawlings based on their love of nature and the world, the soil path is for the Spearlings recognising their love of water, the stone path is for the Brandebans commemorating their rights in building and the silver path is for the Ferrowsides to represent their devotion to preserving the other races.
