Who are you?

Who are you?

A Poem by Kajuan Simmons
"

a small meeting between friends or are they strangers.

"
The person you know is not the person you see.
You can shake his hand and smile
but who is he what does he want.
he stares at you as if he see's nothing else,
but what does he want who is he here to see
It can not be you because you don't know him.
he follows you and asks you questions.
you cannot answer any of them
what does he want? why is he here?
he picks up a knife and points it at you.
It this why he's here? are you going to die?
Not if you fight give him every ounce of strength you have left.
but he isn't here for you but the person behind you.
You turn around and see darkness
there shouldn't be any darkness there are lights everywhere.'
Every inch is covered in light except this spot.
The darkness is the same size as you
It begins to take shape and his face is yours
the man who has the knife attacks.
You almost forgot about him.
The darkness looks at you and says i am hungry.
I need what you have.
You looked down and you cant see.
You hear a struggle and slowly you see from a small light and
then you see the man get up and give up fighting.
Where was he going and why was he here.
