You Never

This one came after a huge break up in my life

You were always in my mind 

no matter where I was.

Or who I was with 

all I could think was you. 

My fear of loosing you 

became a nightmare of reality. 

No one could ever compare 

or even come close to you. 

I tried to forget you 

yet you somehow remained. 

The memories of us flow 

through my eyes like a disease. 

My dreams haunted by 

visions of your poison. 

My anger and regret start 

to rise from within. 

You where my one and only 

and you never left my heart.

Have you told this person how you really feel about them, so that the huge break up does not stay that way, due to your internal fears of losing this person you say no one will ever compare to?
Maybe they feel the same way about you.
