11 Mins w/ 11 Lines 2 Do What I Did 4 You 2 Read & For Others 2 Listen & the Rest 2 Hear About Later

Had to shorten the title to fit it all in, but another 11 line 11 minute poem that I was "challenged" to write in class.

11 Minutes with 11 Lines to Do What I Did For You to Read and For Others to Listen and the Rest to Hear About Later

 

I won’t write this poem because of you

The promises broken and shattered

Still hurts inside

Though you admitted you screwed up

The pain is still here

Memories of hang-outs never happening

I can’t fully believe you anymore

Once I loved, now am unsure

A rude awakening it came to be

A realization of our friendship�"no more

In written word, I had to let it out.
