Crusin’ in my close friend’s pick-up truck Going to our cheaper vintage restaurant I got a Big Mac meal and you got a McDouble, fries, and a yogurt I got a pile of ketchup and you got two little cups of it. While heading east, we talked about it, You and Jenny are expecting around September Both of you were nervous at first. I’ll be up for babysitting I’ll have to learn to change diapers But you two have to learn before me. Conan O’Brien and Mr. T. Yelling at apples and treating your Mother right Laughs and giggles we share Memory lane we traveled down Division As well as the Gospel as our core. You whipped out your iPad and I checked Twitter on my Droid We’re high tech, sure, but nerds all the way through. First Friday night in years Last time was three years past Let’s make this last Appreciation of one another God’s been workin’ through us for each other We’ll never lose our contact Ryan and I cruised down Division to McDonalds.
