I swore you could never push me away
But the array of weapons in my back left a puddle of blood
I tried holding you in a tight embrace
You only made me drown in your flood

By the way, you don't know what I gave
Before I realized I was just a slave

Don't you dare tell me you're sorry
Self inflicted wounds were never as deep as this
All you did was tear my mind and heart apart
I'm can't wait until your loss turns into bliss

By the way, I'll always miss you
These memories will get me through

I've never had pain like this
I've never hated this much
But I'll never stop loving you
I'll never stop waiting for your return

I haven't beenwriting poems lately. This poem doesn't have good rhyming but I hope you still enjoy it.

Thanks for your writing! I don't know what it is, but I have been in a situation in which I fell in love with a woman that did me wrong many times. But no matter what it was that she did, I still wanted her. It seemed I would do anything, endure everything if I was to obtain her heart. So far this has not happened. But what is it that keeps us around, that makes us continue to want that person though they continously hurt us? Good writing.

Tragic, emotional and moving.
Heartbreak sucks, we all go through it at some stage.
