Lonely Hearts

Night lays shroud peacefully

A touch of silence spreads down streets

Ever crafty Hearts of desires are unaware

deep in their sleep in their search

for answers within vivid dreams

I forget never a corner in  soul 

 and within a void with its restless echo

louder it is , emptier it gets

sad life is of hateful men

I love how it is almost as if reading it is a maze. I read this four times and have several ways to interpret it. There is a nostalgic vibe when reading! There is so many feelings received when reading this. Keep writing!

When you say "I forget never a corner in soul" I was wondering if it meant you know every bit of the emptiness? If you don't mind answering ;) I hate how in life we are always searching for something, it makes me feel so incomplete. Nice job!

"I forget never a corner in soul" literally it means what you already think or feel. Art is expressing life using words to enhance meaning and feeling, therefore, just like life itself; it is how you feel about it. Certainly there are universal truths (like water is wet, gravity drags everything down), but those truths are rare, rest is matter of point of view. If you ask me, every answer must be accorded to life, and you choose the one that is highly or mostly productive, then everyone benefits, and you feel well with yourself.

For me it means ... those that hate have that in-complete corner of soul, and more they try to fill it , or replace it , the emptiness inside it spreads and spreads until it takes over , and heart turns cold. It leaves them with their hate.

For me the void can be indecision, choice, responsibility or anything that can cause me doubt, it is within my mind.

For me it's constantly searching for something that is impossible to attain, a perfect safety and perfect peace
