The Ice Queen.

The Ice Queen.

A Poem by Darknessmymuse.

You treat her like she's glass- touch her and she'd shatter..
You kiss her broken pieces, leave you bleeding and tattered.
You gather her, think you hold her together..
That monsoons and mandrakes may try but heal her.

But mind you, that heart you hold has frozen with every fall.
Leave her in the wild, the tiger she'd maul..
So go on, fling arrows at her "forlorn" soul-
The Ice Queen- crown of your broken bones, shall stand tall.
