It came from the darkness
to devour the minds of men
the beast of hate and discontent

to make the mortals hate, kill, and change
what once a good men turned evil
it slinks from town to town
life to life
dream to dream
even thought to thought

it has been around for decades
it came from the hell
the spawn it was born from

It is the demons
It is corruption, blood, and chaos
it is all seven sins..
it is greedy with its ways

sadistic with his thoughts
malicious with its dealings

it smiles wickedly
and laughs at scum

stories are told about it
about what had stepped
from the darkness that night..

it takes the souls
of the innocent and damned
only to give back to him who demands it

I only speak of..death itself..
