Cold EmbraceA Poem by Darkecho
Embrace the cold with great haste.
Accept its chill and frigged taste. You claim distaste in winters icy grasp, but call for its return in the summers demonic sun. It hides the in the shade and deep dark places. It awaits for the night to mock the sun, and chills your bones in the dark moonlight. The summer is its enemy, and winter its best friend, The cold it dances and wisps to all places. Though you may hate it, I don't really care, because if you face it, The cold is the best, if only you embrace it. © 2010 Darkecho |
