Pain within love

this poem is about to people in love but scared to show it to the other

the pain is his heart
clearly shows on his face
anguish, agony, and death
was all he could think or feel
she hated him
because of what he had done to her
because of the demented past he had
he loved her with all of his hear and soul
more than anything in this lonely world
to him she was his world
he so desperately wanted to tell her the truth
but the words would not come
the words would always fail him
misery and sorrow ate him alive
nipping and ripping at his soul
he was scared of her
he was scared she wouldn't listen or care
but he did know one thing
he wanted her
and only
her...

because she knew he would always have it
she loved him with all of her being
more than anything in this lonely world

all she wanted was the truth

sorrow and defeat ate her alive
ripping and tearing at her soul
she was scared of him
scared that one day her would move on
but she did know one thing
she wanted him
