JUST READ IT!

I open my notebook

The words greet me

Rhyming stanzas and rhythmic couplets

Dance in front of my eyes

The poem tells a story

Expresses my feelings

Communicates for me

I look back at my work

It is better that watching TV

I just freestyle

Write

I write to my heart’s content

Rhyming

Making stanzas

And couplets

And letting my heart speak

This could be my future

A way to earn money

Doing something I love

I just write

For my appeasement

I can do it

That is all I can do

I let the words pour onto the page

It tells my story

I see stories

I breath stories

I write stories
