Writer's block.A Poem by Dr. S. D. Blankenship DDiv., PhD., MA.This is for anyone who has writer's block, and feels they are alone.Wrong, wrong, wrong every word made to Resemble my thoughts and dreams, but even I can see it needs to be better! I see the Theme and the plot. I hear the words and Emphasize the scene again. Rewriting my Run-though, over and over again. Every Slur is wrong. I grab my pen and scream
Bogus! My nerves are stoned, my eyes are Leery. My mind is lost in train of thought Obstacle. I see it all so plain in my mind Consecutive. Every thing I see I hope to Keen my wit, so I can just write my block. © 2010 Dr. S. D. Blankenship DDiv., PhD., MA.Featured Review
