Death

Death

A Chapter by Dr. S. D. Blankenship DDiv., PhD., MA.

See I told you no one would miss me, but you didn't

Understand. When I died I saw you you did not cry, though

I told you to miss me, you never did. I took the pill and waited

Changing, trying to heal. I never did. You knew I loved you, for

I told you everyday. Now I burn in hell for you to live so well.

Did you even care about me at all, you never came to stop me

Everyone, but you saw me fall.

Deep and haunting but realistic feelings. It's like wanting to be a fly on the wall to see the repurcussions. Even though you may feel this person may not mourn, in time, it smacks one in the face. Great expression and your emotions made me almost tear up.

Wow, describes the feelings of every suicidal person... and what they want to happen: for people not to care. :P I've always seen it as a test-- Ah! Whatever...

Great job with this. :) It's very much like a suicide note; like a letter. Although it is a dark piece, it's pretty creative. ^^

It's sad, and painful. It was creative with the use of the word S-U-I-C-I-D-E. It's kind of sad how sometimes the one person you wish would love you, and care for you in your time of need does not.

This describes suicide like it really is or can be, a cry out for help, for attention from the one you love. Your poem is really heartbreaking since everyone could see what was going on but not the person who brought you in despair... That someone must be very cold hearted to let somebody die without even trying to resucitate ...

I love how you incorporated the word S-U-I-C-I-D-E into a poem. This poem made me frown..It is really good!..But also sad. I enjoyed reading it very much, but the pain inside the words was a lot for me to take. Good job though!
