Warmer than the sunshine

 

I can’t dream about you

Because that means I have to sleep

You make me hate blinking

For that second I can’t see you

Your names all I’m ever thinking

In my mind it always plays through

 

I’d blow a thousand kisses

Just for one to find you

I’d write you a love letter

And engrave it on the stars

I’ bow down before God

And thank him for making you who you are

 

I’d throw the world into darkness

Just to see the glow in your eyes

I’d hold you in my arms

From evening to sunrise

 

I know I’m not perfect

But I’m with you

I feel as if I am

And if they could only see it too

The happiness I feel with you

Then they too would believe as I do

I was made to be with you

 

In the light of the path the we’re on

We know that we will always be strong

Forever our love will stand

As long we hold hands.
