Soul Repossession (Back Story)

A little project I have been working on in my spare time that I have had the idea in my head for about 2 1/2 years

The year is 2407 almost 300 years after the Soul Reapers have taken over the earth feeding on human

souls. These machines were once built to aid mankind in warfare and nobody knows for sure how or

why they turned against their creators. Some say it was a glitch in their programming and some say

that it was intentional for the Soul Reapers to turn against mankind. The survivors who have any sense

have taken haven in underground shelters, and for those who feel bold, have remained on the

surface and have fought against the Soul Reapers in hope of defeating them and reclaiming earth for

mankind. Many have tried and many have failed, but there is one man who stands as humanities last

hope for survival. His name is Soul a young man with a dark past who has the only means of

weakening the Soul Reapers. Soul was born with a gift, the gift of being able to repossess human souls

from the Soul Reapers. The Soul Reapers feed on human souls and makes them stronger and the only

way to weaken a Soul Reaper is to take away the souls they already possess. Soul is the last human on

the face of the earth that can repossess human souls so he stands as humanities last hope for survival.
