Transformed

Angel of darkness
fill me with your breath
take me on flight
to the lands of pure death

Vengence seeps from my veins
haunting echos scream
from my darkened lips
that bite with posion to tame

Your beating hearts will know my name
crying out to the light
but forever gone from your sight

For the angel of darkness
gave me breath
and sinister wings
that have captured your will

Taken to deaths darkest hell
your voices deaf to my ears
I smile with corrupt dust
engaging in tormented wrath

The first stanza is amazing and is a great intro to this poem. The entire piece seems to reach out and pull the reader into the poem itself, and leaves them feeling as if they were grabbed by this figure you speak of. Incredable imagry, and an even better poem.
