Wandering the Night

Blindness

I wander in the night
with cloaked sheaths
of an unending time

Painful love
quench my thirst
give me rest
while I lay upon medows
of trickery and dust

I am yours for a time
vengeful heartbeats
as shadows chain my mind
with great laughter
master minds play

Laughter falls
through the breeze
taunting me with torture
wrath in the night
consuming me
