my ex fiancé cheated... and this is how I cope

I can't lie

it's like I have to stay high

to keep my mind off you

drinking and smoking i'm up too high

each one will eventually fall through

I can't lie I want you back

can't forget.. not when we were like that

your eyes spoke volumes

your body even more

now im left getting high off the fumes

and drinking until I hit the floor

I can't lie I need you here

I love you even though you were never sincere

This writing is very powerful. At message of betrayed love and desire still to be with that person. I had simulate experience like you. But at my case i was done with that person. Cause that was last drop of poison what i can tolerate. But comeback to your piece. It's really very emotional. At using of ordinary words to describe how you really feel. Make this poem very authentic and realistic.
