Who She Thought She Was...

Who She Thought She Was...

A Story by Dark shadows

CHAPTER 1:

THE OLD LIFE

Arias was walking to her friend’s house on her way home from school. When she got to the driveway of her friend’s house she saw that she wasn’t home and was a little confused at why she wasn’t. Arias went up to the door and knocked on it to see if someone had just borrowed her car. As she knocked on the door she saw that a note was left on the door. When she picked the note up off the door she saw it was addressed to her and wondered why her friend left her a note on the door. As she opened the note she saw that the message was written in dried blood. The note read:

“Dear Arias,

Sorry I can’t make it today. I got a little caught up in some after school club work. Hope you understand.

After she read the note she put it in her pocket

and instantly went straight to her and her friend’s club house in the forest. As she got to the club house she saw that it was gone along with the tree it was on and she saw that in its place was a grave. She went up to the grave and saw that it was marked with her friend’s name. She noticed that the date of death was the same day they went to the raving dance club. “Who could have done such a horrible thing!?” She exclaimed with tears running down her cheeks. She could sense another aura nearby and she could tell it was a very positive aura. When the aura she sensed was close she could see who it was. “Hello young one. Hope you didn’t have plans for anytime soon.” The strange male said. “Why is that?” She asked as she wiped the tears from her eyes and looked at the male curiously. “Because you’re coming with me.” He said and grabbed her by her neck…..

Arias woke up very frightened from her dream and wondered why she kept having the same dream over and over and over again. She shuddered at the thought of having the dream again. Her friend had just walked in and saw her. “You ok Arias?” He asked as he sat down beside her placing a hand on her arm. “I’m fine.no need to worry Echo.” She said as she lay back against the headboard. “You don’t seem like it.” He said as he lay against the headboard with her. He sat very close to her to comfort her and wrapped an arm around her shoulders pulling closer. Arias let out a small sigh as she laid her head on his shoulder going back to sleep. “Don’t worry Arias I will protect you now and forever.” Echo said as he kissed her forehead. Arias soon fell into a very deep sleep in Echo’s arms seeming to be a little more relaxed than she was before. Echo also fell asleep also with Arias still in his arms. Arias soon woke up and saw that Echo was asleep. She slipped out of his arms and went outside for some air. She went to the park that she went to when she was very little and sat down on one of the swings. What she didn’t know was that someone else was there watching her swing on the very old swing set.
