Just a Tuesday.A Poem by Stormy WeatherSkin so
soft, breathe so faint. I know I
can stay. At least
for tonight… And, maybe
words don’t have to be spoken. They can
stay within. Maybe we
can just sit, like this, and say nothing… We left the
café in a foreboding silence that night. You opened
the car door for me, and I knew, It was the
last time. Are you
there? Between the trees with open arms? Or are you
at home. Where I
know you are. Blue, Green
and Purple smoke. Surrendering
to the malicious appeal of the drop Of amber
poison. It’s bitter. But
tomorrow is a new day; a new limerick. © 2012 Stormy WeatherFeatured Review
