Dark Angel, Won't You Save Me?

True story.

You told me to follow you into the dark, and thinking you were Ben Gibbard, I foolishly did so. I didn't realize I was following Lucifer into one of the darkest pits in the underworld. So, there I was...trapped in the darkness, not knowing how to escape. then, an angel appeared and pulled me out into the bright world outside. I was weak, so the angel fed me and stayed by my side. I was so elated with joy, I didn't notice the angel had to go home. It left behind a large, gold locket for me to remember it by. When I tried putting it on, I realized it was extremely heavy. It was then I noticed I was transparent...fading away.....and when the angel had left, it had taken my heart. With the locket around my neck, I slowly started becoming solid again. I opened the locket to find my heart nestled safely inside. With a smile on my face, I swore I'd never take the necklace off. Soon afterward, I saw the angel fly through the sky overhead, and the locket crumbled away and vanished. I slowly faded away, and have no idea where I am. So, I sit here and wait in that very spot, hoping the angel will come find me again, and pull me out of nonexistence.
