Leaving the End Behind.
A Poem by Stormy Weather
Casualty is your name. No meaning, no feelings, all just a game. Love isn't a word for you. I've cried, knowing this was sickly true. You let me fall into the sea. What are you doing? Aren't you going to save me? I'm drowning. Poison flows through your veins. Reality falls, at the whim of your gain. Goodbye, sanity, I bid you farewell..... I'll work my way slowly down to hell.
Can't you just wake up, please? No, that part of you is gone. My first is now my not-at-all. All my dreams and fantasies fall. The glowing ember that never extinguished, The broken lines that were never distinguished. You can feel my regret from within. Watching me lie as if I was paper thin. Rotting away as the words rip me open, Love was lost, but not soon forgotten.
