Your Little Angel.

Your Little Angel.

A Poem by Stormy Weather

Let me call you Daddy.

Daddy, Daddy- I never knew one.

I’ll hold your hand while you drink.

These times are my very favorite.

Watch me. Teach me. Love me.

Don’t let me go even when I stop watching you.

I’m trying, Daddy, I am.

But you’re just standing there, and I know you judge,

But I don’t care as long as you hold me and touch me and miss me while I sleep.

Your skin is the only clothing I wear but sometimes you make me go naked.

It’s okay. I know you care.

Just don’t stop watching me, Daddy.

If you turn away from me I will repent until I’m an angel again.

High, so high you make me. So high I will fall from.
