Watch what you do

Watch what you do

A Poem by Daphnee
"

Small actions lead to huge consequences

"
Such a small action causes the process of an aching heart
It may have been forgivable if it wasn't done to such a naive soul
Who would intentionally hurt something so small and precious? Why?
Not feeling good enough and has developed unknown fears, has she
He no sooner should've harassed an angel, but that is what he did
Where did she go wrong in believing everyone has a good heart?
Thought the World was happy and no one would harm her sweet spirit
Praising with joy, demons now haunt her daily
How does she continue from here... from Hell?
Will she be able to love or even function now?
She desires her innocence again; which was stolen

'.. How does she continue from here... from Hell? -- Will she be able to love or even function now? '

There's such sadness in your writing.. a longing to be found and kept safe, maybe. There are grammatical and meter errors perhaps but - they're easily sorted. What matters however, is the sincerity of the emotions displayed.
