In my MindA Poem by DaphneeSome thoughts in My headDo ye dare judge me?
Ye have not seen my mind Dark disturbing truths you'd uncover Doubts, regrets, Trauma; visible as day The wheel of thoughts has spun out of control I am but a weak peasant, obeying each emotion For they demand a reaction, demand a piercing shriek of pain Others would sob just by a glimpse of what I hide A lot happens there, lack of sleep is well aware too So I daresay, do not judge me Or my demons will haunt you as well © 2016 Daphnee |
