2 am thoughts

Up for 19 hours
No plan to sleep
Can't keep the thoughts from coming
It's as if I'm in a dream running
From something
That doesn't exist
Only thing happening
Is a constant clenched fist.
I'm pissed.
Didn't think I was this dumb
But dumb is actually being numb
To what your surrounding yourself with
And who really gives a s**t.

Hey from a health perspective please get some sleep if this is true as people can drop dead or have a stroke with no sleep for days on end that is true no lie.
So on another note I did like your poem and really liked the ending
no one really gives a s**t what anyone else does but we do it for ourselves no one else xx
