Hopeful Road

I think I'm waking up now!!

Emerging out of nowhere
Invading my heart and soul…and my body
A feeling of passion, hope and faith
I was looking upon an empty tunnel of fear
And now I see a new path opening before my eyes
I walk on it, but never alone!

No matter how many times I may trip and fall
I know there’s a hand that will always pull me up
No matter the obstacles I may encounter
I know there’s a hand that will guide me through
I walk, and I’m never alone!

Whenever I fall, He is the one who catches me
When I am too weak to pursue my dreams
He is the one who carries me till I’m strong again
When I get lost and forget where I’m headed
Only He can put me back on track
And so I walk, with Him by my side, I’m never alone!

I didn’t see this before, but now I do
I was blind, but someone opened my eyes
All I needed was this push to see beyond
And to look through these different eyes
All I needed were a few words
Words that changed the entire concept
Upon which I viewed this world and everything inside
Words that awoke these beautiful feelings inside my heart…

Thank you, for reminding me that I walk, but never alone!
